Distributed Database (DHT) torrent scraper.
Provides information about the 'scrape' status of arbitrary torrents within the Distributed Database (DHT).
Supports scrape via URLs of the form 'http://<host>:6885/dht/scrape?info_hash=<hash>' where <hash> is either the normal URL-encoded 20 byte torrent hash or a base-32 encoded version of it (as used in magnet links).
Reply follows standard scrape protocol.
