Helps seed torrents that are tracked by Azureus when there are a dedicated team of seeders.
If you manage torrents that often have no peers, and hence are in a queued state, this plugin helps you react quickly to the arrival of a new peer.
Rather than the peer having to wait for a while with no seeds running, the plugin immediately triggers one (or more) seeds to become active.
This results in a much better downloader experience and reduces the chance that they will quit the download under the impression that there are no seeds.
